The course combines the dynamic movement of Nordic walking with the calming elements of yoga. This combination offers a holistic workout for body and mind that promotes endurance, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
WEEKS OF EIGHT "SEE MEETS SOUL" from October 13 to 25, 2025 in the Baltic resort of Binz
Be mindful of your body, mind and soul - with and in nature. The themed weeks offer you opportunities to engage actively, creatively and meditatively - for more peace, clarity and serenity.
The movement course includes:
- Warm-up exercises to optimally prepare the body for exercise
- Introduction to the correct Nordic walking technique for effective execution
- Dynamic walking through the forest to get the circulation going
- Yoga session by the sea with the use of Nordic walking poles: Stretching exercises and yoga asanas are intensified by the poles and offer a new dimension of stretching and stability
- Finish with a relaxed Nordic walking run that loosens the muscles and calms the mind
This course is perfect for anyone who wants a balanced mix of activity and relaxation.
