Rediscovering old things - workshop at the AGRONEUM Alt Schwerin
Our most important food source is the subject of this workshop. We look at different types of grain, try our hand at threshing and grinding the grains on the hand millstone. We then prepare a pan bread, which of course can also be tasted.
