After being warmly welcomed and enthusiastically celebrated at Zarrentin Abbey in January 2024, Bidla Buh will return once again on September 12, 2026, to say goodbye to us as part of their farewell tour.
Having established itself in the music business for over 30 years, the trio is now considering calling it quits. The band’s origins can be traced back—so to speak—to the 70th birthday party of Spiegel Publishing legend Rudolf Augstein. Georg Kreisler provided the name for the group with his piece “Bidla Buh.”
The trio takes you on a whirlwind journey through music history. With over 30 instruments—some of them quirky—charming parodies, and witty choreography, Bidla Buh never ceases to surprise. Hans Torge, a charming emcee, parodist, and multi-instrumentalist, enchants audiences with his Hanseatic bel canto singing and whistling, Ole, “the older brother,” revels in nostalgic melodies as an old-school chansonier, and Frederick, “the younger brother,” ensures hearty laughter with his gruff charm and virtuoso vibraphone playing, serving as the icing on the cake of the evening.
Laughter is the best medicine!—and Bidla Buh prescribes it to you in its purest form. Whether it’s an Alpine yodel with a flamenco rhythm or a cactus funk party à la James Brown—musical madness is on the agenda here! Let this award-winning trio sweep you away and experience an evening that will get your laugh muscles working and your heart racing.
Get your tickets now and don’t miss this top-notch musical extravaganza! Tears of laughter are a must, but tears of farewell are not allowed.
Tickets for the event will be available for advance purchase starting January 10, 2026, at the Postagentur und Angelbedarf (Ms. Liesener), Hauptstraße 1, 19246 Zarrentin am Schaalsee, phone 0177 – 3478574, or at the box office.
