Together with our partner Gut Darß from the neighboring village of Born, we’re bringing high-quality, sustainably produced meat specialties straight from the peninsula to the grill—fresh, flavorful, and made with the finest ingredients from their own farm.
At several live grill stations, our chefs serve up fine cuts, rustic BBQ classics, and modern interpretations that highlight the distinctive flavors of regional products. The experience is complemented by perfect sides, aromatic herbs, and select marinades. You can also enjoy refreshing drinks, summery cocktails, and the laid-back beats of DJ Culture as the evening sun sinks below the Baltic Sea horizon.
