The two pianist friends Andreas Güstel and Julian Eilenberger turn the name of their concert series into a program. With romantic melodies and energetic and sometimes even euphoric pieces, they inspire their audience to dream, think and laugh. Stylistically, they are reminiscent of the music of Ludovico Einaudi and Yann Tiersen, yet always add their own personal touch.
Music is the passion of the two musicians from Leipzig and Schwerin. They take their audience on a special journey. They don't just perform their own compositions: With wit and charm, they tell anecdotes from the world of famous composers and from their own work. They describe the path that the piece they play has taken; from an idea in their heads or a feeling in their hearts to a note on paper and the sound of the piano.
With recitations by Rainer Maria Rilke, Hermann Hesse and Eichendorf, Julian Eilenberger adds a further spontaneous listening experience to the evening.
