With "mostly at night", the Galerie im Kloster is showing new works by Adrian Mudder. The focus is predominantly on nocturnal scenes that reflect personal moods and social tensions.
From April 26 to July 18, 2026, the exhibition "Adrian Mudder | mostly at night" can be seen at the Galerie im Kloster.
In his current exhibition, Leipzig-based artist Adrian Mudder is showing almost exclusively works of nocturnal scenes. His motifs often arise from everyday observations. The starting point are sketches from a classic sketchbook as well as smartphone drawings, which are created on the go and translated into small and large-format oil paintings on canvas in the studio.
Adrian Mudder's artistic work is closely linked to his reflections on life and his own attitude to life. The works in "mostly at night" reflect inner states as well as profound upheavals in social structures and the complex challenges of today's digital society.
