The rhythmic duo is exactly that: strong and rhythmic. And that runs through the whole evening.
True to the motto: "funny-critical-queer = us", they examine and expose serving suggestions that are foisted on them - and in which the pretty picture on the label has little to do with the true content. This has long been true not only in advertising, but also in politics and society.
And when the two of them are in a really bad mood because climate change and factory farming have penetrated their minds, the life-affirming slogans on postcards help to make life beautiful again, to the point where it is downright insanely positive.
And all this is available here as music: not only can the two of them sing wonderfully in two voices - above all rhythmically, they elicit everything that people understand by "groove" from suitcases, cans, cajon and their own bodies (with body percussion). And what can be done with stove tops and ukuleles to describe a noisy profession, let each person listen for themselves.
All I can say here is: live is worth it.
Annette Kayser studied drums (so she can play quietly)
Keo Hundius is a percussionist (sounds funny, but can also play loudly).
