The WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE is one of the largest international sailing events in Germany. On land, the water program is always complemented by an entertaining summer festival with dragon boat and washtub races, beach handball, shanty choir meetings as well as kubb, lacrosse and much more. Directly on the beach there is a Sport & Beach Arena to participate and watch.
The Warnemünde Week - nine days of sporty maritime lifestyle in the Baltic resort Warnemünde. Almost 2,000 active sailors from about 30 different nations are drawn to Warnemünde every year, making the event one of the largest regattas in Germany. But the event has even more to offer: It is also a summer festival that attracts up to 700,000 visitors with a diverse cultural program. And it is precisely this mixture that makes the Warnemünde Week so special and unique. Here, every visitor gets his or her money's worth.
