End the running year at the traditional Binz New Year's Eve Run! Individual runners born in 2013 or later and two-person relay teams can participate in this one-hour run accompanied by music.
Schedule
- Starting at 8:30 a.m.: Distribution of race packets and late registration
- 9:30 a.m.: Late registration closes
- 10:00 a.m.: Start of the one-hour run
- Approx. 11:30 a.m.: Awards ceremony
Competitions and Categories
Individual start:
- Open to participants born in 2013 and earlier
- Separate classifications for women and men
Teams of two:
- Children’s relays for ages 8 and up; born in 2018 or earlier
- Adult relays
- Adult-Child Relays
- Categories: Women, Men, and Mixed
Within the 60-minute time limit, runners in the two-person teams may switch places as often as they like. At the end, the team that has covered the most kilometers wins.
Entry fee: €10 per individual participant, €15 per relay team
What participants can expect
- Commemorative medal for all participants
- Trophies for the first-place finishers in the individual and relay categories
- Cold and hot beverages
- Changing rooms and restrooms at the event venue
- A festive New Year’s Eve atmosphere with music
Registration: Online registration is open until December 29 at
11:59 p.m. Late registrations can be made on December 31 until 9:30 a.m.
