Hey LGBTQIA+ community: How about a queer canoe hiking tour on Whitsun weekend? On my canoe tours you learn to paddle, have fun in nature and in a team. I organize everything around it. All you have to do on site is paddle, lend a hand and enjoy the time.
Short vacation on the lake district: paradisiacal active recreation.
We meet in Neustrelitz and shuttle to the starting campsite. We have our first paddling exercises to get to know each other. We cook a delicious meal together and enjoy our first campfire in the evening before spending the night in our tents.
After a hearty breakfast, we put all our luggage in the canoes. We discuss the route, the weather and the boat line-up again and off we go! We have snacks with us, but snack bars, jetties and beaches are always an invitation to take a break. We arrive at the next campsite for the night in the afternoon. Of course, after setting up our tent, we cook another delicious dinner and enjoy the views.
On the following days, we also glide over the fresh lake water in canoes, camp in magical forest spots and discuss what moves us around a cozy campfire. Time for yoga, swimming, walks or simply reading and sunbathing is planned every day.
The Mecklenburg Kleinseenplatte is beautiful: small and medium-sized lakes alternate with winding, narrow canals and canals. Sometimes there are boat garages, cottages and small fishing businesses, sometimes we have the water all to ourselves.
Unfortunately, this tour also has a final day, on which we have breakfast together one last time, pack up and are shuttled to Neustrelitz to say goodbye.
The tour is exclusively for LGBTQIA*+ people and friends. Last year's queer Whitsun weekend was already wonderful - this year hopefully with even more sunshine :)
