Films from the Clermont-Ferrand ISFF Lab Competition
Five films from the Clermont-Ferrand ISFF Lab competition showcase the diverse possibilities of contemporary cinematic storytelling in short films. From the orally transmitted stories about the post-apocalyptic insect world in *Club Bunker*, where humans and dialogue have vanished, to the memories of lost friends and family members in the LGBTQI+ community in *I Want My People to Be Remembered*, to the AI-generated memories of an imaginary friend in *Souvenirs d’un ami* and the animated reconstruction of police violence based on the victim’s testimony in *67 Millisecondes*.
Following the screenings, there will be a film discussion with the filmmakers in attendance, the curator, and guests from Nevers, Neubrandenburg’s French sister city.
To round out the evening, our local partners cordially invite you to a French buffet and a glass of wine.
The program is recommended for audiences aged 16 and older.
