Germany and Curaçao kick off the fourth day of the World Cup
The DFB squad is finally getting underway: Coach Julian Nagelsmann’s team will kick off the fourth day of World Cup play in Houston against Curaçao at 7 p.m. For Germany, only a win will do against the underdog from the Caribbean. Since the top two teams from each group, as well as the eight best third-place finishers, advance to the knockout round of the top 32 teams, a decisive victory could be enough for the four-time world champions to secure their spot.
