On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the drama class of the KMS "Carl Orff" Nordwestmecklenburg will present an imaginative and humorous stage play.
An extraordinary anniversary is coming up: the "Motel of Emotions" has now been open for 20 years - and that is truly a reason to celebrate. In this special house, guests come and go as they please. But these are no ordinary visitors: the feelings themselves do the honors.
At the center of it all is the motel owner, who has her hands full. With charm, patience and a watchful eye, she greets each emotion personally at reception. There she enquires about their arrival - sometimes fabulously beautiful, sometimes chaotic, turbulent or simply disastrous. Each encounter tells its own little story that makes the audience smile, marvel or reflect.
The play was freely adapted from an idea by Lidia Branković. The text and production are by Lisa Ketturkat. The performance starts at 16:00. Admission is free. The ensemble would be delighted to receive donations for the benefit of the Friends of the District Music School.
