Contemporary Dance Meets the Cello

The Strelitzer Musikfreunde e.V. invite you to their annual fall “Discovery Concert.” The guest performer is falsch gmbh, an international music and dance collective from Berlin. The quartet consists of Milagros Velázquez Nanni and Maria Pommorsky (dance) as well as Clara Franz and Clara Baesecke (cello).

The four artists combine contemporary dance with acoustic cello. Music and dance are developed collaboratively from the initial concept to the finished choreography and are presented as a unified whole in their performances.

Founded in 2024, the ensemble captivated audiences at the “48 Stunden Neukölln” festival and won the group category at the Club Oval Crossover Dance Battle. The format appeals not only to traditional concertgoers but also to younger audiences and those interested in interdisciplinary crossover projects.

Start: 5:00 p.m.
Location: Orangerie Neustrelitz
Tickets are available in advance at the Neustrelitz Tourist and National Park Information Center as well as at the box office. Students receive free admission.
