It will be sport free again in June 2026 at the 100% Sport festival.
On May 29, 2026, it's "Sport frei!" again at the Stadion Am Bodden. The traditional sports festival "100% Sport" starts at 4 pm and invites everyone in Ribnitz-Damgart to enjoy an active afternoon. The sports clubs of the amber town present themselves with activities and give the opportunity to get to know and try out various sporting activities.
A central component of the event is the German Sports Badge. As the highest award outside of competitive sport, it stands for versatile physical performance in the areas of endurance, strength, speed and coordination. Those who wish can take the exams on site.
The sports festival also includes city championships in two-a-side ball, volleyball, kubb and soccer. The award ceremony for the CITY CYCLING competition is also part of the program.
