App. 07 on the second floor: Very nice, friendly furnished vacation apartment with a total of 51sqm living space. The house was built in 2007. A balcony in north-west direction completes the living area. The living area is complemented by a sitting area, a dining area, a flat screen TV, a hi-fi system and a fully equipped kitchenette. This includes a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a refrigerator and a 4-plate stove with ceramic hob and oven. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.

To the apartment belongs an equally marked underground parking space, which is accessible via staircase and elevator.
