The Poseritz Egg Farm—a company with 50 years of tradition and experience and 50 years of satisfied customers.
The company supplies its customers with eggs from barn-raised and free-range flocks on the Island of Rügen. Most of the eggs come from the Poseritz Poultry Farm. To avoid shortages in specific weight categories, eggs from farms in Grabow and Kapelle are also used.
The eggs come from the Fürstenhof producers’ cooperative. Customers include local residents as well as visitors to the island, restaurants, retail outlets, market vendors, hotels, bed-and-breakfasts, bakeries, and food service establishments.
