Exhibitions and Galleries, Monuments and Sights, Historical Buildings, Brick Gothic

The Dielenhaus is a historical monument in the heart of the city and offers a view of the most important Stralsund buildings and the entire Old Town Island with its miniature exhibition.

The plank house, typical for Northern Germany, was built in the middle of the 14th century and reconstructed from 1977-79. The historical monument was named after its Gothic hallway on the first floor. For the duration of the season, the Dielenhaus houses a miniature exhibition with models of the most significant buildings of the Hanseatic city and a large model of the entire Old Townindel.
