The family-run pension was built in 1994. It offers guests all the amenities for a relaxing stay. on the grounds of the pension are a barbecue area, sunbathing lawn, children's playground and parking. Klausdorf is located on the picturesque coast of Prohner Wiek, north of Stralsund, in the National Park of Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft. The building, erected in the style of North German brick Gothic, whose construction dates back to the years 1300-1310, is one of the most important secular buildings on the Baltic coast. Above the large windows of the market front of the town hall, the coats of arms of the neighboring Hanseatic cities point to the importance of the Hanseatic League for Stralsund. The display gable is unique in the Baltic region.
