Our bookshop 'müritz.buch' is located just a few steps away from the Neuer Markt. Opened in June 2010, we have since established ourselves as a permanent meeting place for literature enthusiasts and lovers of good books in the heart of Waren (Müritz). We invite you to discover a wealth of new publications and bestsellers, as well as numerous novels, thrillers and non-fiction books from a wide range of fields in our friendly, bright rooms. An extensive children's and youth book section, regional literature, travel guides, maps and much more round off our range.

Look, browse and browse to your heart's content in our bookshop, where comfortable seating invites you to linger and, as experienced and committed booksellers, we are happy to help with any questions you may have. Competent and friendly advice is important to us.

Regional

We offer manufacturers of high-quality products from the region a forum. Our range includes products from the Löwenzahn manufactory in Nossentiner Hütte, the Aderhold soap factory and the Liepen moated castle. A wide range of products made from sea buckthorn and the famous Müritz gin with juniper from the Müritz National Park are popular souvenirs of a vacation in the region or gifts for your loved ones.

Readings and events

Of course, we also organize readings and literary events at regular intervals, usually in the Haus des Gastes, but also in our rooms. Whether literary or entertaining, whether regional literature, children's or young adult novels - everything has its place and its time with us. Please feel free to contact us.
