The Lindengarten is a listed park in the heart of the Hanseatic City of Wismar.
In 1815, the Lindengarten was created in the area of the former Swedish fortification. In addition to an old stock of trees, the park also contains a bronze sculpture by Horst Brühmann entitled Metamorphosis. It is also listed as an individual monument. The old trees and the many benches invite you to linger. The paths along the mill stream are particularly beautifully laid out.
