The apartment has a child-friendly bedroom with bunk beds (90x200), toys and a play tent, another bedroom with a large double bed (180x200), a workstation and a living room with an electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight. The living room leads into an open kitchen with a large table. Two more people can sleep here in the pull-out day bed (160x200). The apartment is also ideal for a group or a couple who would like to live a little more generously. The approx. 100m² enclosed garden with large terrace offers a great opportunity to relax with children. On request there is access to the utility room of the apartment with its own washing machine and additional space for (e-) bicycles, baby carriages etc. Pets on request for a fee. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the Rostock Zoo. Arrival by car is recommended.
