Ferry Verchen - To the excursion restaurant Aalbude

The Peene meanders through the small village of Verchen and is the direct waterway link between Lake Kummerow and the Hanseatic town of Demmin. To cross the Peene in Verchen and reach the "Aalbude" excursion restaurant on the banks of the river, it is best to use the Aalbude ferry.

April 06 to April 27 from 10:00 - 18:00
April 28 to September 03 from 10:00 - 20:00
September 04 to September 17 from 10:00 - 18:00 (Mon. to Thurs.) and 10:00 - 20:00 (Fri. to Sun.)
September 18 to October 15 from 10:00 - 18:00
The ferry runs every 15 minutes.
