KÜSSCHEN FUN – The Marshmallow Kiss Workshop

At our “Küsschen Fun” workshop, you’re right in the thick of it: We’ll take you into the world of our marshmallows and show you how a very special “Küsschen” is created from individual ingredients.

Get creative, design your own Küschen, and of course, taste them too. A sweet experience that’s fun, brings people together, and is guaranteed to be memorable.

Whether with family, friends, or as a special group activity—at Küsschenspaß, a marshmallow treat becomes your very own favorite little treat.

Neustadt-Glewe Castle

The oldest preserved fortress in Mecklenburg stands in Neustadt-Glewe. It is one of the best preserved castles in Mecklenburg and can be visited. At the castle, there is a museum that is well worth seeing, as well as a restaurant and a tourist information office.

Ludwigslust Castle

The magnificent Ludwigslust Palace, situated in a spacious park with avenues, cascades, canals and water jumps, is the center of the late Baroque town complex. In the castle's museum, the restored rooms shine in courtly splendor and transport visitors back in time. In the hunting hall of the castle there is a café with a spacious terrace overlooking the castle park.

Natureum Ludwigslust

The “Natureum am Schloss Ludwigslust” is located in the oldest building in the city of Ludwigslust, which was built around 1750 as a fountain house. It was built to supply water to the fountains located behind the former hunting lodge. Today, the Mecklenburg Natural History Society (Naturforschende Gesellschaft Mecklenburg e.V.) is headquartered here. On the ground floor of the Natureum, six rooms showcase the nature and natural history of Western Mecklenburg.

Bulow Palace

The family-run business of Iris and Norbert Leithold revives the centuries-old papier-mâché tradition of Ludwigslust. In 2013, they founded the Ludwigsluster Papiermaché-Manufaktur ("Ludwigslust Papier-Mâché Manufactory") in Bulow Palace, a magnificent royal seat. In workshops, guests can try out the old art of making papier-mâché themselves.
