Be perfect? Not anymore, please. With lots of practical examples and real aha moments, author Nicole Wenzel shows how mothers can shed their (sometimes self-imposed) chains, lighten their mental load and put themselves back in the spotlight - without a guilty conscience. She invites mothers to pause and ask themselves: Who do I actually want to be as a mother? What values guide me - and what do I need to really live them in everyday life? Look forward to an hour full of insights, humor and heart - the best start to a year in which "I want to do it differently" finally becomes a reality. Because you deserve to be the mother you really want to be - free, self-determined and in balance.
