Since 2021 we, Hannes and Huong, have been running a microbrewery together near Schwerin. In a lovingly converted fieldstone barn in the Alte Försterei in Gädebehn, we brew craft beers in small batches. From hoppy or dark ales to refreshing lagers, we offer variety.
Visit us every first and third Saturday of the month to sample our beers and take a break in our idyllic surroundings. We look forward to seeing you!
