Fishing permits for fishing in the Baltic Sea and the Bodden waters
Even beginners who are completely new to fishing are in good hands on the fishing boats. The experienced captains and guides are on hand with tips and tricks to ensure that no guest has to disembark without a catch at the end of the day. Suitable equipment can often be hired directly on site. If you don't have a valid fishing license, you can still try your luck at fishing thanks to and hope for a big catch.
The state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is entitled to fish in the coastal waters, which include the Bodden, Haffe, Peenestrom, Achterwasser and the Baltic Sea (12-lake-mile zone), unless third parties have fishing rights. The water permit is issued as a daily, weekly and annual permit and costs 6 € / 12 € / 30€.
