Brandenburg's state youth pop choir presents great hits in impressive choral arrangements
Chart hits by Ed Sheeran and Billie Eilish are part of the bright repertoire of the state youth pop choir YOUNG VOICES: the ensemble stands for young and powerful voices, lots of talent and a love of pop music. Experience unforgettable pop earworms in modern pop choir arrangements! With a mixture of different musical genres and the dynamic sound created by the solo microphoning of the individual voices, the concert promises a unique afternoon full of pop and hip-hop culture.
"Young Voices" is Brandenburg's youth pop choir. With sophisticated sound design, tailor-made arrangements and youthful energy, the young singers inspire audiences of all ages. At the European Pop Choir and A Cappella Festival in Aarhus, the Young Voices were awarded 3rd prize as well as the special prize for the most innovative vocal arrangement. The latter was written by Daniel Barke. The choirmaster, multi-instrumentalist and producer tours with his protégés throughout Brandenburg, Germany and Europe. In 2025, the Young Voices were invited to Istanbul and Rotterdam, among other places. The music video for the soulful cover version of Billie Eilish's "Ocean Eyes" was also released in December 2025.
