Young trees were grown from a very old Windflüchter pine near Lietzow and planted on Ummanz on the hiking trail to Hiddenseeblick as an avenue of "young giants". We hike past the new pine avenue with wonderful views and learn all kinds of legends about the island of Ummanz.
