Yoga on the Baltic Sea beach - with Kathi

Kathi is a certified yoga teacher BDY/ EYU, certified International TriYoga Teacher, Ayurveda therapist/ certified health and nutrition consultant, Ayurveda massage therapist and cook

Holistic exercises for body and mind with trainer Kathi on Glowe beach. Also very suitable for trying out.

Yoga mats are available

Meeting point: Glowe harbor (at the harbor gas station)
In bad weather (storm or rain) the yoga course takes place in the Ostseehalle Glowe (Am Kliff 29, 18551 Glowe).
Cost: with Glowe/Juliusruh spa card, children under 12 & Glowe residents free, otherwise €5
