Blue. The color of the sea, of distant horizons, of longing—in art and literature, it has always been a color that inspires magical images. Using a simple printing technique, we’ll conjure up feathers, dune grasses, daisies, and more on blue backgrounds, into which we’ll write our own texts and verses, inspired by the blue-loving poet Doris Runge: “… perhaps one should / begin every sentence / with blue / blue like the sky / blue like the sea…” In a cheerful atmosphere, we’ll create postcards, bookmarks, and enriching ideas for travel journals—blue masterpieces as special, personal mementos.
