Experience constellation work - for founders, entrepreneurs and the self-employed
Why does the decision still not feel right - even though everything sounds logical? Why is the structure somehow no longer right, but I can't grasp what it is? Why isn't my team really on board? Why do I feel blocked, even though I actually know what I want?
Many people are familiar with questions like these. Constellation work makes them visible - in the room, with real people.
The DeveLUP Future Center cordially invites you to join Julian and Isa-Bianka Mack from mack.partners as they demonstrate how constellations work in business contexts. After a brief introduction, the participants will get straight into the experience: structures become visible, dynamics and solutions are revealed - often with surprising clarity.
Whether it's a company constellation, a team structure or a question of your very own: if you bring an issue with you, you can have it constellated. Whoever looks learns just as much.
No previous knowledge necessary. Just curiosity.
