During the winter vacations, the MEERESMUSEUM invites you to take part in an exciting quiz about whales and other marine mammals.

Did you know that only five groups of mammals live in or near the sea - some even in rivers and lakes? These animals are not all related to each other and have very different ancestors.

At our quiz stand, you can use specimens and original objects to find out which of them are actually whales. Careful observation, deduction and thinking are required!

Location: MEERESMUSEUM, in the choir under the fin whale skeleton
Participation: spontaneous, without registration (free of charge with a valid museum ticket)

Dates: February 12 | February 19
Time: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The open vacation offer is aimed at families with children aged 8 and over.
