Jana Plewa from the Botanical Salon will take you on an expedition into the wild plant world. You will learn about edible wild plants and their health benefits. Wild plants have always been a nutrient-rich source of sustenance and are now finding their way back into regional cuisine. Wild herbs, flowers and leaves are the elixir of life.
