Concert at ThUSCH Teterow with Thomas Putensen
Pianist, singer, and composer Thomas Putensen performs concerts featuring a remarkable blend of classical, pop, rock, and satirical poetry. He uses these diverse stylistic elements to create an unusual concert atmosphere, happily letting the evening’s direction be guided by the audience’s mood and spirit, as well as his own spontaneous inspiration. Putensen’s piano songs blend the sound of the North with world music influences and, with the occasional evergreen by Holger Biege and Manfred Krug, add further highlights to the evening. The title “Wilde Etüden & Zarte Gesänge” for this concert encapsulates Putensen’s artistic range. It is the breadth of this range and the nature of his performance that make his concerts such special experiences.
