Do you want to write and maybe have had an idea in mind for a long time, but aren't quite sure where to start?
Do you want to write and perhaps have had an idea in mind for a long time, but aren’t quite sure where to start? Or do you simply feel that something inside you is seeking expression? Then this course is the perfect fit for you.
Over the course of five days, we’ll dive into the world of creative writing together in a small group. You can expect practical exercises, inspiring prompts, opportunities for discussion, and above all: plenty of time to write. By the end of the week, you’ll go home with a clear idea, newfound self-confidence, and—most importantly—a love of writing.
Do you think that in the age of AI, there’s no longer a need for writers? We say with all our hearts: Yes, there is! Writing—like all creative processes—is a way to find yourself, to better understand yourself and the world, and to express your true self. No machine can replace that. And no machine can write the way you do. Use your voice.
Martina Bunk-Georgieva is a freelance author who has been writing for many years with passion and a deep love for the written word. Through numerous writing groups that she has either led or facilitated, she has gained extensive experience in creative writing, various writing methodologies, and providing mindful, encouraging feedback.
Thanks to her many years of work in the social sector, she understands how challenging it can be to carve out time for writing in everyday life—and how healing and empowering the creative process can be.
She guides writers with empathy, experience, and joy as they discover and learn to trust their own voices.
In her novels, she tells the stories of women who forge their own paths, explores questions of identity, gender roles, and societal expectations, and sheds light on life’s quiet and loud themes with psychological sensitivity. In addition to her novel projects, she writes children’s stories and shares insights on writing, creative processes, and productive work from the heart on her Substack blog, Writer’s Compass (https://substack.com/@writerscompass).
“Writing isn’t about writing well or poorly. It’s about expressing yourself, putting into words what moves you deep inside, gaining clarity, and sharing it with others. – Writing is an invitation to engage honestly with yourself and others.”
