With her virtuoso playing and musical openness, the cosmopolitan Cathrin Pfeifer has been one of Europe's established ethno, jazz and world music accordionists for years.

She is invited to the most important festivals all over the world, plays concerts from Brazil to Hong Kong, Mozambique to Siberia, sometimes with local musicians, writes film music and has released 8 CDs. She has developed her own sound, into which her classical accordion studies and numerous travels and world tours on 4 continents have flowed, as well as her work in the most diverse genres and with the most diverse musicians.
