The trail leads through our spa forest, recognized and certified for its healing climate, in the middle of the Baltic health spa, and on into the Rostock Heath, one of the largest coastal forests in northern Germany. 13 hectares that seamlessly merge into 6,000. Unique!
On this guided prevention hike based on the methods of Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese art of forest bathing, you will experience what research has proven and what nature has shown. Torsten Maaß, a certified forest prevention guide, will lead you through an ecosystem that has an effect on the immune system, heart and circulation, relieves the musculoskeletal system and measurably stabilizes the psyche.
