On August 7, Fabian Zeller, the virtuoso guitarist, will be performing at the Buttelkirche in Dabelow.
Fabian Zeller is a composer of concert music as well as music for film, television, and audiovisual media. His imaginative compositions are performed by renowned musicians worldwide and published by publishers such as Schott Music and Acoustic Music, among others. In his music, he embraces experimentation and crosses stylistic boundaries, blending tradition with modernity and delighting in the diversity of sounds and electronic elements. As a concert guitarist, he performs both as a soloist with orchestras and in various bands and ensembles, and participates in theater and musical theater projects.
His education includes a bachelor’s degree in classical guitar from the Rostock University of Music (HfM Rostock), a master’s degree and master classes in jazz/rock/pop with a focus on acoustic guitar and composition at the HfM Dresden, as well as a one-year study program in Brazilian popular music in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil, funded by the DAAD.
