Every year around the holidays, the most beautiful Christmas carols are given a new lease of life. The artists' ensemble revives the wonderful works of well-known composers and shows that this music has lost none of its popularity, performing a selection of the best-known festive tunes in the course of the Wiener Operetten Weihnacht program. It contains, among other things well-known Viennese songs, duets and melodies, such as "Geschichten aus'm Wiener Wald", "Andachtsjodler", "Wiener Fiakerlied", "Es wird scho glei dumpa"but also titles such as "Ave Maria", "Oh du Fröhliche", "Eine kleine Nachtmusik", "Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht" and many more."Wiener Blut", one of the most famous pieces by the composer Johann Strauss, will also be heard, as well as other composers from the Viennese era.
Mila Wilden (tenor), Ernst Dollwetzel (entertainer), Ursula Meistner (zither) and the well-known soprano Leanan de Montiel offer a successful mixture of classical music with a good dose of Viennese humor.
