Family play (5+) based on the story by Alexei Tolstoy
"Let me explain it to you. In the land of fools there is a magic field, the field of wonders ... On this field you have to dig a pit and say three times: Krex, Fex, Pex. Then you put a piece of gold in the pit, shovel it up, sprinkle salt over it and go to sleep. In the morning, a little tree grows out of the pit, with gold pieces hanging from its branches instead of leaves. Got it?"
Burattino's adventures begin in a similar way to those of his famous ancestor Pinocchio. This little wooden puppet also has a lot to learn about the world into which he is carved. Arrogance and naivety lead Burattino into the clutches of the evil puppet theater director Karabas Barabas, the land of fools and repeatedly into rather hopeless situations. But curious and fearless, he finds priceless friendship and in the end the secret of the golden key is revealed.
