Vernissage of the special exhibition with photographs, graphics and montage art by Sigrid Henschel
As part of International Museum Day, the exhibition by visual artist Sigrid Henschel (born 1951 on Rügen) "O Eiland, das ich meine..."- Bildgedanken zu Rügen will open. The artist chose this line of poetry by Arndt as the theme of the exhibition because these words are alive for her and Arndt has accompanied her life as a historical person. Photographs, graphics and montage art can then be seen in the small hall as visual translations of her experience of the Island of Rügen.
