Edith is a passionate cook. In Berlin, she cooked at Prinzessinnengärten - a place where good food, community and sustainable ingredients come together. Now she lives in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, works at the Mobile Cheese Dairy and brings her love of regional, fresh and healthy ingredients to Gessin.
Her vegetarian pop-up brunch in the village store is the result of curiosity, joy and the desire to bring people together at one table. A few delicious vegan dishes are of course also included.
