UNCORKED – Wine Meets Culinary Art

On September 26, 2026, a special evening of culinary delights awaits you at Restaurant 1922 at the SEETELHOTEL Strandhotel Atlantic: Michelin-starred chef and winemaker Christian Stahl from Auernhofen in Franconia will virtually present five of his select wines.


The culinary teams led by Frank Schöning and Arjan Mensies will interpret each wine in their own unique way—with two different dishes per course. Sometimes classic, sometimes surprising, always full of flavor. An evening for everyone who loves wine and creative cuisine.
