"Do yourself good" - forest bathing in Ückeritz on Usedom
A forest bathing tour lasts either approx. 2 hours.
The tour starts at the "Am Strand" nature campsite in Ückeritz, from where we enter the coastal forest on Lake Wockninsee.
The tour includes various guided exercises for which no previous knowledge is required. A drinks break is also included.
