Instrumental virtuosity and musical diversity define the project led by band founders Andreas Fabian and Steffen Knaul. Having performed for many years in various bands with “Flauto Perverso” and “Speed-fiddle,” they are breaking new musical ground in their latest project,“Tricky Notes” – Progressive Celtic Folk. Groovy instrumentals influenced by Irish and Scottish folk stand alongside “Jethro Tull” classics like “Locomotive Breath” or “Bourrée.” New interpretations of Loreena McKennitt’s songs meet classical arrangements, complementing the exciting and diverse repertoire in which the artists showcase their multi-instrumental skills.
