On January 10 from 4 p.m., we invite all Stralsund residents to the traditional Christmas tree burning. We enjoy an atmospheric afternoon with mulled wine, bratwurst and children's punch. If you like, bring your own decorated Christmas tree.
The people of Stralsund are cordially invited to end the Christmas season together with a special custom: the traditional Christmas tree burning. From 4 p.m., visitors can enjoy a cozy get-together with mulled wine and grilled sausages.
Anyone who wants to can bring their decorated Christmas tree and be part of the great fire spectacle. Younger guests are also well catered for: in addition to children's punch and hot chocolate, there are free marshmallows that can be roasted by the fire.
The result is an atmospheric afternoon for young and old - a meeting place for families, friends and neighbors to enjoy warmth, light and conviviality together. We look forward to welcoming many visitors and a festive end to the Christmas season!
