TIP FOR FAMILIES: Beach Explorers in Karlshagen
Beach tour organized by the Nature Conservation Center, complete with a landing net and a magnifying glass. What kinds of creatures can actually be found here on Usedom’s Baltic Sea coast? Seagulls, jellyfish, clams, and much more are waiting to be discovered, and a wide variety of questions will be answered. Can ear jellyfish hear particularly well? What do sand clams actually look like? Are there tides in the Baltic Sea, and how old is amber really?
