With an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and over 130 million records sold, the Oscar winner and 20-time Grammy Award winner is one of the most successful musicians in the world. His marathon concerts with the E Street Band are legendary.
In his show “Thunder Road,” songwriter Daniel Schmidgunst explores the stories behind Springsteen’s songs and his status as a rock icon. Following the huge success and numerous rave reviews of the two previously sold-out concerts at the Speicher, this musical journey of discovery into the world of “The Boss” now continues. He and his two musicians, Marie Birkholz (sax) and Chris Lewis (key), once again delve into the moving story of a rock phenomenon and, in an atmospherically rich concert format, showcase what has made Springsteen’s songs so timeless and moving for decades.
