Here, we delve deep into the treasure trove of a songwriter and singer who has already rocked festival stages like Wacken, Rudolstadt, Medieval Selb, and many more!
Familiar and lesser-known verses by German and Irish poets. It’s all about folk songs—those that have always been folk songs but are reimagined here; those that could have become folk songs over the past few centuries; and a few that will probably never be considered folk songs. Although—we’ll see…
…always within the unique musical context of the minds behind the bands HORCH and The ABERLOUR’S, played on a variety of more or less historical instruments!

In 1997, Adolphi founded the folk-rock band Horch; he has been playing with the band The Aberlour’s since 1999, as well as performing Celtic Folk ‘n’ Beat.
We are very excited to welcome ADOLPHI Solo as our guest on September 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:00 PM) at our lovingly restored Alte Pferdestall Fahren.
When the registered cultural association Alter Pferdestall Fahren e. V. isn’t using this idyllically situated venue for concerts or readings, it can be rented for weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, or as vacation accommodations, offering spacious facilities for groups and/or families.
Drinks and light refreshments will be served.
